Poison Break Cue Weight Removal

Just bought the new Poison green/pink break cue. I removed a smaller weight screw, I can see another allen wrench head below the one I removed. Just curious if the other allen head is another weight screw or if it is an attachment point. I weighed the cue after removing the first weight screw and its on the lower side of the advertised weight. 18.8g.
