I'm thinking of buying a predator 314-3 shaft with 5/16X14 pin. So I want to know if this fits my mezz butt with United Joint?

The 5/16-14 thread insert is not compatible with a Mezz United Joint.
Predator does not sell a cue shaft with an insert that is compatible with your cue butt joint. Your only alternative is to purchase a wooden "partial" shaft and have your local cue maker or cue repair person tap it out to fit.
